Use:
Good anticorrosion: potassium sorbate can effectively inhibit the survival of fungi, yeast and aerobic bacteria, and can prevent the growth and reproduction of the harmful microorganisms , Staphylococcus and Salmonella, but it is ineffective for the anaerobic bacillus and Lactobacillus acidophilus and other beneficial microorganisms.
The bacteria are more effective so as to effectively prolong the storage time and preserve the flavor of the original food. Its anticorrosive effect is 5 to 10 times that of sodium benzoate of the same kind.
