Matters needing attention (1) This product is not recommended for children under 6 years of age as currently available film tablets of this product do not allow adjustment of dosage. (2) Although there is no research data at present, the central nervous system may be affected when levositirizine hydrochloride is taken together with alcohol or CNS inhibitors in some sensitive patients. (3) Effects on driving and operating mechanical abilities: Controlled clinical trials have confirmed that levcetirizine does not impair alertness, reaction and driving abilities at recommended doses. Do not overdose if the patient needs to drive, engage in potentially dangerous activities or operate machinery and consider their reaction to the product; Combined use of alcohol or other central nervous system inhibitors may result in reduced alertness and impaired operational ability. (4) For pregnant women and lactating women, levcetirizine has not been shown to have adverse reactions in animal reproductive toxicity studies, and there is no clinical data on its application to pregnant women, so it is not recommended for pregnant women. Levcetirizine is secreted from breast milk and is not recommended for lactating women. (5) Drug overdose symptoms and treatment methods: Symptoms: drowsiness in adults, initial excitement followed by drowsiness in children. Treatment: There is no specific antidote. Symptomatic treatment and supportive treatment are recommended after overdose. Consider gastric lavage if just taken; Hemodialysis was not effective in removing the product. |
